**Payments**
All purchase transactions on the site are carried out securely through Google Checkout or Paypal. Your transaction is safe with avcables.ecrater.com.
Forms of payment include: Visa, Discover, MasterCard, American Express, Google Checkout, and PayPal.
Purchases within the state of California will be charged 9.85% sales tax.
On order completion, an e-mail acknowledgment from either Google Checkout or Paypal shall be sent to the e-mail address provided at the time of registration/purchase.
Prices are subject to change without notice, although every effort will be made to keep pricing on the Web site up to date. No goods will be shipped at a price other than that quoted on the web site without first notifying the purchaser.
We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund for any reasons.
**Shipping**
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at the time of completing your on-line purchase. The shipping cost does not include any taxes and fees imposed by local laws and regulations. These taxes and fees are responsibilities of the buyer. For shipping outside of US, custom duties may apply.
Shipping will be within one to two business day whenever possible. However, avcables.ecrater.com reserves the right to dispatch within seven business days without referring to the buyer. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, shipping is not expected to be made within seven business days, skypephones.ecrater.ocm will advise the buyer using email of the expected dispatch date then the buyer will have two business days in which to cancel the order. If avcables.ecrater.com does not receive a cancellation request from the buyer within two business days, then it will be taken as acceptance of the revised dispatch date.
Dispatches will be carried out using avcables.ecrater.com designated carrier to whom all delivery enquiries, quoting the specific tracking number, should be directed.
We will use reasonable efforts to meet delivery estimates but cannot accept any liability whatsoever for failure to do so however arising.
You are responsible for enter the shipping address acceptable by the designated carrier. For our standard or USPS shipping method, the shipping address must be accepted by US postal service and your local post office. If the package is returned due to invalid address, we will ship the package to you again at your expense. We are not responsible for any losses due to invalid address.
We currently do not ship to APOs.
**Returns**
If item arrives non-functional or defective, you must contact us at skypephonestore@gmail.com within 5 days for an excahnge and we will send you a brand new replacement.
All returns must obtain a RMA authorization before sending them back.
Incorrect items must be returned within 5 days of receipt in order to receive the exchange.
The returned item must be in its original packaging with all documentation and accessories. Any dismantled, marked, or visibly defaced product by the buyer will VOID the item's return authorization.
Buyer will be responsible for the return shipping cost
**RMA Refunds**
Refunds are only available for eligible items within a specific time frame.
• All RMA refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee
• Refund subject to return guidelines and given after item is received.
• Within 21 days of the shipment date
• Shipping & return shipping costs will not be refundable
• Buyer will be responsible for the return shipping cost
• Physical damages and missing items/accessories in the return package will void the product's warranty and eligibility for return
**Guidelines For Returns**
Please save all packaging and accessories for any item that is returned to avcables.ecrater.com. All original equipment, components, manuals, cables, documents and packaging must be returned with your item in order for your RMA to be processed. An item returned for a replacement may be repaired or replaced at avcables.ecrater.com discretion, unless otherwise required by law. Products with specific refund and return policies and deadlines must be returned within the time periods specified for each item. All items sold through avcables.ecrater.com are subject to our Terms page. Physically damaged items cannot be returned.
Removal or alteration of a product's serial number or serial number sticker may void your avcables.ecrater.com Return Policy. Products that are returned with a missing, damaged or altered serial number will be refused RMA service and returned to you.
**Warranties**
Each product is fully guaranteed by the manufacturer and the complete manufacturer’s warranty is included with the product. We will assist you in contacting the manufacturer; however we do not offer any implicit or explicit warranty.
