Just wanted to post a reply anyone thinking about ordering this antenna for their HDTV Tuner Boxes. I have tried MANY different antennas, costing as much as $100.00 for a Philips Amplified Antenna. NONE of them have worked as well as this $30 job. I have been using an old set of rabbit ears to tune in my stations and the problem with that is each channel needed to be tuned in differently. So I was really stuck watching just one channel. After plugging in this antenna and finding the sweet spot I was able to watch all my local channels. I hate to say “Trust Me” but really, this antenna even though it might not look like much but does the job. I am more than satisfied.

I had tried several digital antennas in the past and never had any luck until I got this one. I got mine free with a DTV converter box, so I wasn't expecting anything from it, but I plugged it in to see what it would do. I was utterly shocked and amazed at the number of channels it was able to pick up. We had to play around with it a little bit to get it positioned the optimal way to pick up as many channels as we could. But after we got it set, we were delighted with the performance. I would say this is definitely a good by for anything less than $50. Whether you're using in on a std television with a DTV converter box or an HDTV (we're using one on each), it should do a good job for you. I have already suggested it to 3 family members, which I wouldn't do unless I felt confident in it, as I am their technical support line and don't need any more "business" than I already have.
